Applications are invited for the post of one Post-doctoral Fellow in the National Research Programme on Plantation Development sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce at Centre for Development Studies.
The incumbent shall have a Ph D Degree or should have submitted the PhD thesis at the time of applying for the post. The other essential qualifications include, familiarity with the research issues in India’s plantation sector and the proven ability to analyze large data set and expertise in at least one statistical package like Stata. Ability to work independently by conceiving and implementing studies related to plantation sector is highly desirable.
The appointment will be for a period of one year with a fellowship of Rs 45,000 (rupees forty five Thousand only) per month.
